I thought I would gather all my dark lippies, pencils and show them to you, so here we go.
Mivel így is rengeteg képet lőttem, ezért az egyéni termékfotókat összepárosítottam, a felső természetes fénynél készült, míg az alsó természetes fénynél vakuval.
Since there were a lot of photos I combined the individual product shots in to one, the top pic is natural light, while the bottom one was taken in natural light with a flash.
Kezdeném a ceruzákkal, azon belül is az olcsóbb verzióval, ami nem más, mint a Manhattan X-Treme Last 66T kontúrceruzája. Ezt a cerkát Julia Maleficent videójában láttam, és azonnal elfogott a kell érzés. Szerencsére a Manhattan nem egy drága márka, és valamiért még le is volt értékelve, így rögtön hármat vettem belőle.
A csomagolás egyszerű, matt fekete, csak itt ott található rajta jelzés, hogy mégis melyik színt tartjuk éppen a kezünkben. Ami fura, hogy nincs rajta a szín neve, ennyit azért igazán ráírhattak volna. Hagyományos tekerős cerka, nem kell hegyezni, hanem használat közben lehet alakítani a hegy formáját. Nagyon puha, de tartós, száradás után nem nagyon mászik el. A színe pedig gyönyörű, mély padlizsán.
Let's start with the pencils and take a look at the cheaper option, the Manhattan X-Treme Last Lipliner in 66T. I saw this product first in Julia's Maleficent tutorial and instantly had the feeling of want/need. Luckily Manhattan is a drugstore brand, and this shade was on sale when I went to buy it, so I got myself three pencils.
The packaging is simple, matte black, with only accents of color, so you do know which shade you're holding. The strange thing is, that the shade name is not on the packaging, they really could've written it on it somewhere. It's a twist up pencil, so you sharpen it while using it. It's rather soft, but has a good staying power, and after it set it doesn't really smudge. The color is a gorgeous deep eggplant.
A következő a sorban a MAC Nightmoth cerka, amire hónapokig kellett vadásznom, mert állandóan készlethiány volt, de végül sikerült beszerezni. Hagyományos ceruza formátuma van, így időnként nem árt meghegyezni. Krémes, de nem olyan puha mint a Manhattan, viszont jobban satírozható. Persze ha megszáradt, akkor ő sem mászik semerre, színre pedig sötét bogyós piros. A MAC kínálatában az egyik legsötétebb ceruza.
Next in line is Nightmoth from MAC. It was a pain in the ass to get this one, because it was sold out constantly, but in the end I managed to snag myself one. It's the traditional pencil form, so you do have to sharpen it. It's very creamy, but not as soft as the Manhattan one. It's also easier to smudge, but once it set it doesn't budge. Color wise it's more of a dark berry, it has much more red in it, than the Manhattan pencil.
Következőnek a Nars Train Bleu ceruzáját szeretném megmutatni, ami ugyebár kicsit becsapós mivel igazából rúsz, csak ilyen kis kompakt formában. A csomagolás egyszerű, matt fekete, és a ceruza végén található egy kis kupak, amely jelzi, hogy melyik szín van éppen a kezünkben. Egy hátránya van, hogy nem tekerős, tehát hegyezni kell, amelynek során nem kevés rúzs fog kárba veszni. A Train Bleu a Matte Velvet sorozatba tartozik, így száradás után elveszti fényét, és kellemesen matt kinézetet kap. Nagyon jól tartja magát az ajkakon, de egy picit szárít, így nap végén nem árt egy kicsit több figyelmet szentelni az ápolásnak. Színét tekintve szerintem pont a 66T és a Nightmoth között van, hiszen alapvetően egy sötét bogyós szín, de sokkal több benne a lila, mint a MAC ceruzában, de nem annyira sok, mint a Manhattanében.
Let's take a look at Train Bleu from Nars, which looks like a pencil, but is a lipstick. The packaging is a simple, matte black, chubby pen, with a colored cap at the bottom to indicate which shade you're holding in your hands. Sadly it's not a twist up, so you do have to sharpen it and waste some product, while doing so. Train Bleu is part of the Matte Velvet range, so after application it'll loose it's sheen and dry to a nice matte finish. It has a good staying power, but is a bit drying, so your lips may need a little extra care after wearing this for a day. It's color is right between the 66T and Nightmoth. The base color is a reddish, berry tone, but it has much more purple in it, than the MAC pencil, but not as much as the Manhattan one.
A Milani itthon ugyan nem kapható, de ez manapság azért már nem akkora probléma, hiszen be lehet szerezni Amazonról, Ebayről vagy akár a Cherryculture oldáról is. A csomagolása nagyon egyszerű, szögletes, műanyag tubus, mely jól záródik, és nem kelt olcsó hatást. Szerencsére nincs olyan gagyi sárgaarany színe, amit hajlamosak bevetni ilyenkor. A tubus alján található egy kis átlátszó rész, mely mutatja a rúzs árnyalatát, így ha több szín is megvan ebből a sorozatból, akkor sem kell sokáig kutakodnunk. Ami a színt illeti, hát elég sötétnek és rémisztőnek tűnik a csomagolásban, de közel sem olyan durva, mint hinnénk. Felkenve látszik, hogy inkább egy sötét cseresznye nagyon enyhe lilás beütéssel. Önmagában picit hajlamos a foltosodásra, de ceruza felett semmi probléma nincs vele. A texturája krémes, kellemes, nem nagyon mászik el.
Milani is not available here, but you can get is from Amazon, Ebay or even Cherryculture. The packaging is a simple tube, which has a nice closure and doesn't look that cheap. I really like it, that they didn't go for that yellow goldish color, which can look really tacky. The tube has a see through part at the bottom, which is a nice detail. In the packaging Black Cherry looks really dark and frightening, but once you apply it is is a darkened cherry with slight purple undertones. On it's on it tends to be a bit patchy, but over a pencil it looks really good. The texture is creamy, but it doesn't slide around.
Utolsóként pedig jöjjön a banda legdrágább tagja, az YSL Rouge Volupte sorozatból a 22-es árnyalat. Csomagolását tekintve ez tényleg igazi kis luxus darab, gyönyörűen néz ki, a YSL gyűrű a tubus közepén nagyon elegáns. Ami feltűnő, hogy kézbe véve sokkal nehezebb, mint a Milani darabja. A szín megnevezése a tubus alján található, a közepén a YSL logo mögött látható a szín, míg a kupak tetején egy aprócska tükör kapott helyet, ami annyira azért nem használható, de vész esetén még jól jöhet. Színét tekintve nagyon hasonló a Milanihoz, de annál átlátszóbb, könnyedebb, és sokkal vizesebb fénye van. Ez mind nagyon jól hangzik, és én még sem szeretem. Ennek oka a textúrája, annyira, de annyira krémes, hogy iszonyatosan csúszkál. Ceruzával ugyan kicsit kordában lehet tartani, de még akkor is olyan érzésem van, hogy mindjárt leszalad a számról, így sajnos nem nagyon szeretem hordani.
Last but not least in line is the most expensive one, which the shade 22 from the YSL Rouge Volupte line. In terms of packaging this is a real luxury products, it looks amazing, the YSL band in the middle looks very elegant. The shade name is on the bottom, while the color peaks through from behind the YSL logo and cap has a tiny mirror on top, which is not really useable, but can come in handy in an emergency situation. The color is very similar to the Milani one, but much lighter, softer and it has more of a wet shine to it. This all sound so lovely, but I still have to admit, that I don't really like it. It is so creamy, that it slides around and bleeds like there is no tomorrow. Of course you can tame it a bit with a pencil, but it still feels like it is going to slide off my lips within minutes, so I don't really like to wear it.

Hát ezek közül nem is tudnék választani, mindnek olyan gyönyörű a színe :) A sötétebb árnyalatok közül nekem mostanában az Artdeco Lip Lacquer 30-as árnyalata és a NYX Jumbo Lip Pencil 709-es Deep Red árnyalata jönnek be :)
